aUSD Staking
aUSD staking
aUSD staking is the process where users deposit their aUSD into the system’s yield pools to start earning returns. Each yield pool has different strategies and risk-return profiles.
Through YieldHub, users can:
View the asset allocation of each yield pool.
Check the historical performance of the pools.
Choose the most suitable pool according to their risk preferences and yield expectations.
How Staking Works
When a user deposits aUSD into a yield pool, the system records their share of the pool.
Over time, the pool generates yield, and the user’s earnings are calculated based on their share.
Different pools may have different performance, so users will see distinct earnings across pools.
Key Formulas
User's share
Share = Deposited aUSD/Current Net Value of the Pool
User's earning
Earnings = (Latest Net Value - Net Value at Deposit) * User's Share
Net value (NAV) represents the per-share value of aUSD in a specific pool. By tracking the difference in NAV, users can see exactly how much they have earned.
